Brian Burdzinski Named Chief Financial Officer of Watt Companies

New CFO to join executive team in leading strategic and financial matters of the company
LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Watt Companies, one of the largest developers and managers of commercial real estate in the United States, announced today that Brian Burdzinski has been promoted from Vice President to Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Brian will lead all financial matters related to Watt Companies.

Brian brings more than 20 years of real estate and finance experience to his new position. Since joining Watt Companies in 2008, he has analyzed deals from a financial perspective, provided invaluable strategic financial guidance to shareholders, and conducted diligent financial reporting to share with business units within Watt Companies.

Prior to joining Watt, Brian led finance operations at both private and public home building companies including John Laing Homes and Western Pacific Housing. Brian received his BA from California State University-Northridge, and holds an MBA from American Graduate School of Management.
Throughout his career at Watt, Brian has made himself an indispensable member of the team, and in recent years, has taken an increased role in guiding the company’s strategic decisions. The promotion is a natural next-step for Brian in his near-decade career at Watt Companies.
