Mr. Schulman has been successfully developing land for over 40 years. He has developed mixed-use, office, retail, hotel, condominium, industrial, single family and multi-family residential, and major land projects in the Southwestern United States. Mr. Schulman has been named one of the 100 most influential people in changing Las Vegas.
Mr. Schulman is chairman of RHS Management, LLC and LVAPT, LLC, who manages land development projects in California, Arizona and Las Vegas, and are currently developing major multifamily projects in Las Vegas.
Mr. Schulman has completed several premier retail centers including the Montecito Marketplace - located in the heart of the 330-acre Montecito Town Center that he planned and developed; Cheyenne Point, Las Vegas’ first major Hispanic grocery anchored shopping center; and Tenaya Village. In addition to shopping center development, Mr. Schulman also pioneered major non-gaming hotels in Las Vegas with the renowned Alexis Park Hotel, followed by the St. Tropez Hotel. Mr. Schulman developed Citibank Park, which was one of the first major mixed-use projects in Las Vegas. Previously he owned Schulman Homes, where he developed some of Las Vegas’s premiere single family and multi-family communities.
Prior to relocating to Las Vegas in 1986, Mr. Schulman developed commercial, industrial, apartment and single-family housing projects in California. He was one of the pioneers of office condominiums and luxury residential condominiums in Southern California. Mr. Schulman was active in redevelopment projects in San Fernando and El Paso and HUD apartment projects. Mr. Schulman is a Certified Public Accountant.
