Brea Gateway, a 181,854 square foot retail shopping center, was built by Watt in 1994. Watt worked in partnership with the City of Brea as part of a downtown redevelopment and regeneration project. Today, the center is part of a major retail hub next to Birch Street Marketplace and is anchored by Ralph’s, Rite Aid and Cost Plus.
