Led by Scott Huffman and located in Santa Monica, California, the Watt Commercial Properties development unit primarily focuses on the development of new shopping center projects. Its goal is to create assets that increase in value and contribute to the welfare of the communities in which they are located. The development division works seamlessly with other Watt business units and the in-house asset management team to successfully develop, manage and execute each project.
