Watt Companies is active in its pursuit of both new development and redevelopment opportunities to enhance its existing portfolio. Watt has completed three redevelopments, in Mission Viejo, Harbor City and Huntington Beach.
In 2012, Watt successfully completed its latest retail redevelopment in Huntington Beach, demonstrating its dedication to the improvement of its core assets.
