Watt Realty Advisors was formed in 2003 to capitalize on the diversified array of real estate strengths and capabilities developed by the Watt Companies.  The business unit provides acquisition, disposition, and asset management services to both institutional and high net-worth investors in retail and industrial real estate from around the world.  With an impressive track record of exceeding investment return and targets and a tradition of creating profitable co-investor relationships on a number of strategic investment types, the unit’s highly experienced management team has the ability to coordinate Watt’s complete suite of deal origination, development, leasing, and management services to the advantage of those it partners with.  The team also has access to a pipeline of deals not publicly available in the market, offering a unique insight and advantage to its partners.

In addition to its extensive retail experience, Watt Realty Advisors also specializes in industrial development and investment.  The unit focuses on value-add industrial opportunities, including the acquisition and redevelopment of existing facilities and ground-up development, for example the conversion of industrial warehouses to creative office space in infill areas.
