Mike Reams serves as Vice President of Operations for Watt Communities. He manages the construction operations from Watt Headquarters in Santa Monica, California. Mike is responsible for overseeing operations for on-site/off-site construction development, purchasing, customer service, green building, quality control, value engineering, and safety compliance. He also provides support and guidance to the Central Coast and Northern California operations.
Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Before he joined Watt Communities he held leadership positions in two of the largest public companies within the industry, Beazer Homes and Lennar Homes. Throughout his career, Mike has supervised the preparation of construction budgets, purchasing, customer service, and on-site/off-site development operations. His broad construction knowledge and leadership skills are a valuable asset to the growth of Watt Communities.
Mike holds a California General Contractor License, and is active in the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura Building Industry Association.
