Originally conceived as a Los Angeles-based, infill homebuilding unit, Watt Communities has grown into a regional, residential development company.
From the corporate office in Santa Monica, California, operations were expanded into California’s Central Coast in 2002, with the acquisition of the Arborwalk development in Santa Maria. A Bay Area office was established in Danville, California in 2004, with the acquisition of developments in Rohnert Park, South San Francisco and Salinas.
Watt Communities is highly regarded in the home building industry as a premium quality builder. Watt’s core values have not changed in more than half a century, and Ray Watt’s devotion to integrity, responsibility and fairness continue to serve Watt Communities and its home buyers.
