its 60th anniversary in the real estate industry.
It all started back in 1948 when Ray Watt hung
up his hat at Douglas Aircraft Company and started devoting all of his time to Day & Night Construction, the business he had created a year earlier. From that first fledgling company, Watt has grown into a large California-based real estate organization that is credited with more than
$6 billion in completed projects. Today, Watt Companies is a full service real estate firm offering a broad range of services and solutions
to our clients under three broad categories – Investment & Advisory, Development and Asset Management.
